Purpose

The ‘need of the hour’ with its imperative call in ‘The Great Commission’ to “go forth” and “make disciples” is foundational to why we exist. The New Evangelisation transpired by our Popes over the years motivates and compels us to contribute to this interminable spiritual tide sweeping our church today. In the words of St. Pope John Paul II, we see the need for a “great re-launching” of evangelisation in the present life of the church. John Paul II proclaims, "The moment has come to commit all of the Church's energies to a new evangelization and to the mission ‘ad gentes’. No believer in Christ, no institution of the Church can avoid this supreme duty: to proclaim Christ to all peoples." This is a task and mission we believe, the vast and profound changes of present day society make all the more urgent.

Our purpose therefore is to reach out to people from all walks of life, encouraging them to embrace this calling by making it part of their vocation and Christian lifestyle. We want to steer their passion by ‘Encouraging’ and ‘Equipping’ them for a lifetime of a Christ-centred worship, discipleship and catholic faith, where lives undoubtedly transformed by the Gospel are ‘Empowered’ to influence churches, families, governments, academic institutions, social platforms etc. and the injection of such influence able to create a civilisation of love and human care.

Our desire is to communicate the Gospel to the world, right where people are, right at the point of their need and media becomes a powerful tool. In his message, at the 48th World Communications Day, Pope Francis said “The digital highway is … a street teeming with people who are often hurting, men and women looking for salvation or hope. By means of the internet, the Christian message can reach to the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8)
We want to take full advantage of these advances and harness these tools to reach out, to teach, to build community and to change the world.

Our desire is to nourish souls with resources & literature that is deeply rooted in Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition and that which will continually serve to renew our love and passion for the apostolic church, revitalise our faith and seal our identity in Christ.
